2. Scope

These terms govern installation and use of the OneClick Translator Discord application. Discord’s own terms, policies and Premium App billing rules also apply to the use of Discord and purchases processed through Discord.

The general Kamilunavo website terms apply to the public website. These product terms take precedence for the OneClick Translator service where they contain more specific rules.

3. Service description

OneClick Translator allows members of configured Discord servers to request private machine translations of selected messages. Server administrators select translation channels. Each member chooses a personal target language. Results are generally delivered as ephemeral Discord responses visible only to the requesting member.

The service depends on Discord, DeepL, hosting and database infrastructure, internet connectivity and other external systems that are outside Kamilunavo’s complete control.

4. Installation and authority

The person installing or configuring the application confirms that they are authorised to add applications to the relevant Discord server and to enable the required channels and permissions.

Server administrators are responsible for informing members about the use of the bot, selecting appropriate channels, moderating content and complying with laws and internal community rules.

5. Free plan

The current Free plan includes:

• one configured translation channel per Discord server;
• up to 25,000 source characters per calendar month;
• private translations, personal language settings and the public product commands.

The Free plan is provided without a recurring fee. It may be subject to reasonable technical limits, fair-use controls and availability restrictions required to protect the shared service.

6. Premium plan

The current Premium plan costs USD 5.99 per month and includes:

• up to ten configured translation channels per Discord server;
• up to 500,000 source characters per calendar month;
• all functions available in the Free plan.

The plan is activated for the Discord server associated with the Premium App entitlement. The price, taxes, billing currency and checkout information displayed by Discord before purchase are authoritative for the transaction.

7. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Premium subscriptions are purchased and processed through Discord. Unless cancelled, a subscription may renew according to the billing information shown by Discord.

A Premium App subscription can be cancelled through Discord’s subscription management. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Purchases may need to be managed on the same device platform through which they were made.

Refunds and payment disputes are handled under Discord’s applicable refund and paid-services rules, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

8. Monthly limits

Source characters are counted for the Discord server when translation is requested. Monthly limits reset according to the service’s calendar-month usage period. Repeated requests may be served from a temporary cache while still being subject to security and fair-use controls.

When a limit is reached, further translations may be unavailable until the next reset or until an eligible plan is activated. Current usage and plan information can be viewed using /usage and /plan.

9. Acceptable use

The service must not be used to:

• violate applicable law, Discord rules or third-party rights;
• translate illegal, abusive, harassing or exploitative content for a prohibited purpose;
• send passwords, access tokens, payment details, highly confidential information or special-category personal data to the translation provider;
• bypass limits, cooldowns, permission checks, security controls or subscription restrictions;
• automate excessive requests, resell access without permission or interfere with the service;
• reverse engineer, copy or misuse protected software, branding or service components beyond mandatory legal rights.

10. Machine-translation accuracy

Translations are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, inappropriate word choices or misunderstand context. OneClick Translator is not intended for legally binding, medical, safety-critical, emergency, financial or other high-risk decisions.

Users must independently verify important translations. Kamilunavo does not warrant that a translation is complete, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.

11. Availability and changes

Kamilunavo aims to operate the service reliably but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, API restrictions, Discord changes or events outside reasonable control may interrupt the service.

Functions, supported languages and technical limits may be adjusted where reasonably necessary for security, provider changes, product development or sustainable operation. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be communicated or applied in accordance with applicable law and the relevant Discord billing process.

12. Suspension and removal

Access may be restricted or suspended where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, circumvention of limits or a serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate and legally required, the affected party will receive information and an opportunity to clarify the issue.

Removing the bot from a Discord server ends future use on that server and triggers deletion of server-specific configuration under the product privacy notice, subject to backups and mandatory retention.

13. Intellectual property

OneClick Translator, its software, design, branding, documentation and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Discord, DeepL and third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Liability

Kamilunavo is liable in accordance with mandatory law. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract where an essential contractual obligation is breached, to the extent such limitation is legally permitted.

No limitation applies to intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, mandatory product liability, guarantees expressly assumed or other cases where liability cannot legally be limited.

15. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that consumers cannot waive under applicable law. Information shown during Discord checkout and mandatory notices provided by Discord form part of the relevant purchase process.

16. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice does not deprive them of mandatory protection provided by the law of their country of habitual residence. Mandatory statutory jurisdictions remain unaffected.
